How the free trial works

The trial is 30 days with one group and every feature unlocked, no card needed. When you're ready for more groups, pick Multiple — or talk to us about Unlimited — and your existing group carries over untouched. The trial never converts to a paid plan automatically.

Fair use on Unlimited

Unlimited means as many groups as one organizer genuinely runs. It is meant for a person or a club, not for reselling access or sharing one account across unrelated organizers. If usage looks far outside normal organizing patterns we will contact you first and agree a plan that fits, never suspend the account without warning.

Questions about billing

What exactly is free for 30 days?

Everything, for one group. The trial always covers a single group; if you run more than one, add the others when you pick a paid plan.

Do players pay anything?

No. Only the organizer buys a plan. Players use the link for free and never create an account.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, you can choose a different plan for your next purchase.

What happens when my paid term ends?

We email you a reminder near the end so you can buy another term. There is no automatic renewal and no card is stored. If you do not buy another term, your groups stay fully readable — every session, cost split and settlement record — but you cannot schedule new sessions until you buy again.

How do I pay for my plan?

PromptPay QR or bank transfer for both 6- and 12-month terms. Thai and international Visa and Mastercard cards are also accepted. Each purchase is a one-off payment.

Do you invoice for clubs?

Yes. Message us on LINE or WhatsApp for an annual quote for a club or coaching business.
