What PickleTab is
PickleTab organizes recurring pickleball sessions: who is coming, how many courts to book, what the evening cost, and who owes what. One owner runs a group and can invite organizers to help; players join a session through a private link, without an account.
Money stays outside
PickleTab never receives, holds, or transfers money between players. It calculates who owes what and shows how the organizer wants to be paid. The paying itself happens between you, outside the app — cash at the hall, a bank transfer, whatever your group uses. A "settled" mark in the app is the organizer's own record that someone paid, nothing more.
Trial and prepaid access
A new organizer starts with a 30-day free trial covering one group and every feature, with no card needed. One trial per organizer, ever. The trial does not convert to a paid plan automatically. To keep full access, the organizer buys a prepaid 6- or 12-month term at the price shown on the order page, based on how many groups they run. Pay once with PromptPay QR or bank transfer; Thai and international cards are also accepted. There is no automatic renewal and no card is stored. Near the end, we email a reminder to buy another term.
When a paid term ends
Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage. Everyone keeps reading access to everything the group already has, and cost records stay fully editable — settling up an evening that already happened must not depend on a paid plan. What stops is anything that plans ahead: creating or editing sessions and venues, sending invites, and changing group settings. Buy another term and it all resumes where it was.
Your content
What your group enters belongs to your group. We use it to run the service for you and for nothing else — see the privacy policy for exactly what is stored.
Fair use
Unlimited means as many groups as one organizer or club genuinely runs; it is not for reselling access or sharing one account across unrelated organizers. If usage looks far outside normal organizing patterns we will contact you first and agree a plan that fits.
Beyond that: don't try to reach another group's data, don't probe or overload the service, and don't use it for anything other than what it plainly is. An account doing that can be closed without notice.
Liability
PickleTab is run with care but provided as it is. To the extent [applicable law] allows, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Keep in mind the app never holds your money — the numbers in it are your group's own records.
Changes
These terms can change. If a change matters — the price, the money boundary, what happens when a paid term ends — groups get notice inside the app before it takes effect. Governing law and venue: [to be completed with the operating entity].
